Refund policy
Unopened parts can be returned within 30 days of the date your order ships for a refund. Opened, installed or used parts cannot, because electronic components and motors cannot be resold once handled or run; defects are covered by our Limited Warranty.
What can be returned
- Purchased at aslanmotion.com
- Unopened, in new condition, in the original packaging with all included accessories and materials
- Return requested within 30 days of the date your order ships
What cannot be returned
- Parts that have been soldered, installed, wired, powered, modified or flashed with firmware
- Parts damaged by static discharge, impact or improper handling
- Parts with opened anti-static packaging
- Custom, private-label or co-engineered items
- Motors that have been mounted, wired, powered or run, or that show tool or fastener marks on the shaft or housing
How to return
- Email cs@aslanmotion.com with your order number and the SKU(s) you are returning.
- We will issue a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error.
- We inspect the item on receipt. Items that do not meet the conditions above are returned to you at your cost.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded. A restocking fee of 10% of the product price is deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error.
Pre-orders
A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email cs@aslanmotion.com with your order number.
Volume and purchase orders
Returns on quoted, volume or purchase-order sales are governed by the terms of that quote.
