Export Compliance

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We plan to add other markets in phases, and this page will be updated as they open.

We do not ship to, or accept orders for delivery to, the following countries and regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and other Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine. We also do not ship to any destination where the sale would require a U.S. export license that has not been obtained, or that is otherwise restricted under U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

We may screen orders against U.S. government restricted party lists, including the Consolidated Screening List. We may request information about the end user and end use of any order before it ships. We reserve the right to delay, cancel or refuse any order that we cannot verify or that may not comply with U.S. law.

Aslan products may not be sold, exported, re-exported or transferred:

• To any person or entity on a U.S. government restricted party list
• To any embargoed or sanctioned destination
• For any use prohibited under U.S. law, including the development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missile systems, or any military end use or end user for which a U.S. license is required and has not been obtained

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws. Buyers who re-export or transfer Aslan products, including when the products are incorporated into another system, are responsible for obtaining any required authorizations.

Export classification information (ECCN) and tariff codes for each product are available on request.
